There are a few fees associated with your unit. A one time administrative fee is applied when you first rent the unit. This helps us pay for the site used to pay online. A credit card fee of 3.99% is applied when paying online. This is applied at checkout and paid to the credit card processing company and not Wagoner Self Storage.
